Volleyball has been my world for over two decades—a journey that took me from local courts to the international stage. I’m Melissa Donà, an Italian coach and founder of Next Gen Volleyball Academy, but before this, I was a dreamer chasing a ball across the net with all my heart.
Along the way, I was fortunate to be guided by some of the greatest coaches in the sport—people who shaped not just my game, but my character. Today, my purpose is clear: to pass on that knowledge, passion, and discipline to the next generation.
Because somewhere out there, there’s a young player with the same spark I once had, dreaming of wearing a professional jersey. And if I can help turn that dream into reality, then every match, every challenge, and every victory of my career will have been worth it.
